The room is beautiful and clean but despite being a 4 star hotel, expect only the basic amenities (walk with your own electric kettle, mug, bed slippers...). Racial profiling at the spa, and being denied access to visit, was very disappointing. Especially when, the following day, I hear them tell a White client he could visit the spa before paying. I spoke to the manager about my experience and was told it was a misunderstanding, she thought I asked for a massage in my room; which was obviously a load of crap. So their solution was to tell me I could now visit the facility I was denied access to previously. I politely decline and took spent my money at another spa despite booking at that hotel specifically for that purpose. The soundproof isn't that good. I woke up multiple times thinking someone was trying to open my door, anytime a guest were opening their door or knocking. Overall, the hotel is okay... Hopefully the elevator works when you visit, and you don't have to walk all the way up or down from the 4th floor... Thankfully, I was checking out that day. Otherwise, the staff in the cafeteria and the cleaning ladies are really friendly! Some front desk staff also, which made up for that disgraceful welcome at the spa and Management's poor ability to solve the issue I experienced.

A great hotel. The hotel rooms are clean and pretty good. Reception service is pretty good and there are like some sort of sweets they give for free at the reception desk. 8/10 taste rating. The restraunt food is not free for residents at the hotel and I’ll give this hotel an 8/10

This hotel was impeccable. All the staff work tirelessly to make your stay a relaxing and pleasurable experience. Their continental buffet style breakfast costing €15.00 in my opinion catered for everyone including dietary requirements (gluten free on individual packets of cereal), cooked breakfast, a variety of cereals, assortment of cold meats and cheeses, array of breads, rolls and pastries, whole and chopped fruits, yogurts, bowls of toppings, (M&Ms nuts etc), freshly squeezed juice and hot beverages. A very special thank you to Julia (apologies if I’ve spelt your name incorrectly) allowing us to have a late checkout and, keeping our luggage safe. All your reception staff are a credit to your chain of hotels. Also, thank you to your member of staff from the Dominican Republic, who gave us some useful tips on mine and my daughters next visit to Barcelona😊.

As family we have good stay at this hotel, staff are friendly and helpful. Hotel is next to a big shopping mall and 10 minutes walk to metro. Clean hotel and in a quite area to stay for a family. Prefer to increase the speed of internet and to add more varieties to the breakfast menu

I recommend anyone who comes to visit Barcelona to live in this hotel. When we struggle with problems, they always help us with big smiles that make us feel confident and warm. The room is simple, clean, and has adequate light. The hotel is about 30 mins from the famous spot in Barcelona, for instance, Casa milà... Once again I like this hotel very much and if one day I am coming back again to Barcelona, this hotel will be my first choice! 在飯店的這2天我能感受到飯店人員對客人們用心程度，當我們遇到問題時，只要他們能幫助的他們都會協助解決，並且一直保持微笑。 如果要說巴塞隆納除了建築還有tapas之外，最讓我印象深刻的絕對是這間飯店！我推薦所有來巴塞隆納旅遊的人來這間飯店。這間飯店雖然不像在市區裡15分鐘內就能到達著名景點，但周圍寬闊且交通便利，到米拉之家也只需要30分鐘左右的車程。絕對是在巴塞隆納首選飯店😚
